A practical approach to reporting, built on operational understanding and clean execution.

My work sits at the intersection of business and data. I design and build reporting solutions across collections, invoicing, accounts receivable, and finance operations — using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Power Automate to reduce manual effort and improve the visibility teams have into their own performance.

I started my career in aviation as cabin crew, where I learned composure under pressure, situational awareness, and the value of calm, clear communication. After a deliberate transition through a project-based data analytics programme, I moved into a junior analyst role at a Zurich workplace-insights startup, then joined Thermo Fisher Scientific — where I've progressed from Reporting Analyst to Reporting Manager.

I'm most drawn to problems where messy, fragmented data needs to become a simple, dependable view of reality. I care about clarity, maintainability, and giving stakeholders something they actually want to use.

A career built deliberately — aviation to analytics to reporting leadership.

03

A few principles that guide how I work.

i.

Start with the question, not the data

Good reporting begins with understanding what decision needs to be made. I spend time with stakeholders before tools, so the output actually changes how the work gets done.

ii.

Reduce manual work, deliberately

Automation should feel boring and reliable — not clever. I design workflows that quietly remove repetition while staying easy for the next person to maintain.

iii.

Treat data quality as a feature

Validation, standardized logic, and structured handling are part of the deliverable. A dashboard is only as useful as the trust people have in the numbers behind it.

iv.

Simplify before you visualize

The best reports show fewer things, more clearly. I work to strip away noise so that the signal — what changed, what matters, what's next — is impossible to miss.

04

A few things I've built — each one removing manual work and making business reality easier to see.

  1. Case 01 Reporting · Automation

    Revenue & AR Reporting Automation

Recurring revenue and accounts receivable reporting was repetitive and prone to small inconsistencies between cycles. I rebuilt the pipeline end-to-end — SQL extracts feeding a Python processing layer, Power BI dashboards on top, and Power Automate flows handling refresh and distribution. The result: less manual work each month, and stronger, more trusted numbers through standardized logic and validation.

    • Power Automate
  2. Case 02 Workflow · Process

    Invoice Approval Workflow

Invoice approvals during the monthly billing cycle were difficult to track and coordinate across stakeholders. I designed a Smartsheet-based workflow that gave the process clear ownership, real-time visibility on what was pending or approved, and a simple, transparent path through the cycle for everyone involved.

    • Process design
    • Stakeholder coordination
  3. Case 03 Reporting · Data Quality

    Collections & Finance Reporting

Operational reporting across collections, invoicing, disputes, and accounts receivable needed sharper visibility and a higher bar for trust. I enhanced the dashboards and reporting layer, introduced validation practices and reporting standards, and tightened how data was structured and presented — so finance and operations teams could act on the numbers without second-guessing them.
